General Clinic Information - We are also available for clinics at your ranch or training facility using your livestock or livestock provided Crystal Rose.  For those without a facility, or the ability to arrange for one, we are also able to host "private group" clinics here at Crystal Rose. The focus of each Crystal Rose clinic is tailored to suit individual needs and can cover anything from beginner workshops, to starting puppies, to advanced livestock handling.

General Lesson Information - All private lessons are scheduled on Saturdays with groups lesson every other Saturday, unless the dates conflict with other events or prior commitments. Each group lesson is like a mini clinic, covering one or two subjects. The first of which establishes the right relationship, and use of body language, for working livestock, with the next reviewing previous subjects and working on a new ones. We believe this approach is very beneficial to our students both new and old. The business of dog training is a constant learning experience. Through clinics, observing others, and our best teachers the Border Collie, we learn something new every day. As teachers we some times assume that our students know the basics and go straight to a problem they are having. We hope this method will help us to share new information and fill in any existing gaps.
